Over the last three years since Man and Vans added in larger scale house removals we have seen a great deal of growth in this area of our business. We had to take on new members of staff in key areas such as foremen and planners and also taken on a fleet of new larger vehicles. It was a gamble and today we are celebrating our 300th house removal.
Little did we realise that the credit crunch would be one of our best friends as we changed the form of our business. Man and Van knew that we could save customers up to 30% of the costs that traditional house removal companies charge – but in an ever rising property market this was rarely a consideration. However in the same way as the credit crunch as changed the property market, it has also changed the way in which people look at their removal costs.
