- We acknowledge the distance our movers are required to drive to a job.
- We work on a minimum of 2 hours per job. If your job is less than 2 hours we are willing to prepare a bespoke quote for your removal.
- We encourage all our clients to book in advance. This is to avoid disappointment. We do however understand that same day jobs are required. We would gladly book your job on the same day but this only depends on the availability of our movers and vans.
- The only time our price will change is when special requests are required.
- Should you have special items such as a piano or a stone bath, we will work closely with you regarding the logistics around the time spent for the removal.
